Shelley and I spend some time talking about games from opposite ends of the spectrum.  First we discuss our initial playing of Martin Wallace's Steam, a retooling of his own Age of Steam, from Mayfair Games.  Thanks to Ted Alspach who came over and taught us the game!  We will actually spend some time over the next couple of weeks discussing his expansion maps for Steam/Age of Steam - a new set of which are coming out for Essen!

Beer and Pretzels is Ted's fun and light dexterity game that he also has for this year's Essen.

Then we talk about a number of our "dexterity games we play with non-gamers," but are also great fun for anyone:
