BTW - the Spiel des Jahres is the German Game of the Year award.  We have discussed it previously, but this year the 'adult' games award was split into 2 parts, the family-oriented Spiel des Jahres and the 'expert' award call the Kennerspiel des Jahres.  Susan is nominated in the former category for Qwirkle, along with Matt Leacock for Forbidden Island and Wolfgang Kramer & Michael Kiesling for Asara.
